If I understand your question correctly (excuse me, but my German sucks a lot). I can say that ET41 is an articulated twin engine which consists of 2 permanently-coupled EU07 locos and this is the main reason why it is so long. Cheers.

The question was really just a joke - cause of the masts in front of the loco... Sometimes a double engine is too long for a specific picture....
